Curcle Clarity

Know what matters before it becomes a problem.

Curcle Clarity turns the records your business already creates into evidence-backed answers, morning briefings and contextual findings — so engineers arrive prepared, office teams know what to chase and leaders see what needs attention.

Real product, real seeded data — every answer shows what it is based on.

Not another dashboard. Not another chatbot.

Most software tells you what happened. Curcle Clarity helps you understand what matters.

Traditional software

  • Stores records
  • Displays reports
  • Leaves people to connect the dots
  • Often hides where an answer came from

Curcle Clarity

  • Connects records across the operation
  • Answers real operational questions
  • Shows the evidence behind every answer
  • States when the evidence is insufficient
  • Keeps decisions with people

“Information is what happened. Understanding is what it means.”

Ask Curcle

Ask a real operational question.

Open Ask Curcle anywhere in the platform (Cmd/Ctrl + J), type a plain-language question and it is matched to Curcle’s approved question library. The answer is calculated from live records, scoped to what you are allowed to see and linked back to its evidence. Question in, evidenced answer out — no open-ended chat thread, no conversational memory.

Curcle Daily

Start the day prepared, not overwhelmed.

Clarity findings

Useful answers, exactly where the decision is made.

Discreet, evidence-backed findings appear on the customer, job and quote pages you already work in — and hide completely when there is nothing useful to say. No empty placeholders. No manufactured urgency.

Customer page

Overdue retests and outstanding invoices surfaced above the compliance score — with the evidence a click away.

Job page

What happened on previous visits to the same asset, before the engineer sets off.

Quotes

Quotes that meet the agreed chase criteria, ranked deterministically — not by an algorithm's mood.

Curcle noticed.

A compact dashboard panel surfaces a handful of findings that need attention — a compliance item, a commercial item, an operational item. The ranking is deterministic, positive findings get equal standing, and it never shows more than a few things at once.

  • Two certificates approach lapse next week.
  • Three quotes meet the chase criteria.
  • No schedule conflicts are forming today.

Every answer can show its work.

  1. 1

Curcle reads the records your operational work already creates.

  2. 2

Deterministic logic produces a structured finding — no AI sits in this path.

  3. 3

The finding carries its evidence, its freshness and who may see it.

  4. 4

Optional plain-language phrasing makes it easier to read — and is discarded if it doesn't match the finding.

  5. 5

The person remains responsible for the decision.

One evidence base. The right perspective for every role.

Each role receives only the findings and evidence they are entitled to see — enforced on the server, not by the interface.

Engineer

Arrives prepared — site history, parts used last time and access notes, with person-scoped findings kept self-only.

Office

Knows what to chase — quotes meeting the agreed criteria, jobs waiting on something and certificates approaching lapse.

Scheduler

Sees the week taking shape — unassigned work, SLA pressure and capacity, before they become Monday-morning surprises.

Director

Sees what needs attention at business level — never private individual-performance findings. Person-scoped findings remain self-only.

Customer

Asks about their own record only — outstanding retests or unpaid invoices — scoped strictly to their customer account.

Clarity does not pretend to know.

When there is not enough evidence, Curcle says so. “Not enough evidence” is a first-class answer — shown plainly, with how many records it was based on.

Honest uncertainty is more useful than a confident guess.

With the Operations Room

With the Compliance Control Tower

The Control Tower calculates expected-versus-actual compliance deterministically. Clarity helps you ask questions about the resulting evidence — it does not decide legal compliance through AI.
